Dan Hoskins

Dan is a seasoned business executive with deep experience as a general partner, a general manager, and a management consultant. He leads the VGC team to deliver substantial value through business transformation, growth execution, organization optimization, and M&A execution.  He has served clients in technology, HVAC, telecom, energy, and other industrials. He also serves as Managing Director of Glidepath Partners, a growth-stage investment firm. Previously, Dan was a Principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton, a global management consulting firm. He served in leadership roles in marketing, sales, business development, and general management at a venture unit of Lucent Technologies and at Intrado. He helped both businesses sell to strategic buyers. 

Dan served on the Cellular Telephony & Internet Association’s (CTIA) Board of Directors, its Executive Committee, and the Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Council. He earned his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, while also earning Academic All-American and S.E.C. Scholar Athlete of the Year honors as an offensive guard on the Ole Miss Football team.
